John’s career began in the U.S. Naval Reserve JAG Corps, followed by service in the Florida Army National Guard JAG Corps, where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel. He also served as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Fourth and Seventh Judicial Circuits, eventually leading the St. Augustine office.
In private practice, John co-founded McClure & Whiteman, and later became a shareholder at Rogers Towers, where he opened their first St. Augustine office. Since 2009, he has been a cornerstone of St. Johns Law Group, guiding clients through some of the area’s most complex probate and real estate cases.
