Josh represents injury victims and civil-litigation clients with a straightforward approach focused on preparation, communication and practical strategy.
His personal injury practice includes automobile and commercial vehicle collisions, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian and bicycle injuries, boating and watercraft accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury and other negligence claims.
Josh also handles civil disputes involving contracts, businesses, property and real estate. His experience in both injury cases and broader civil litigation gives him perspective from investigation and pre-suit negotiation through discovery, motion practice and trial.
Before joining St. Johns Law Group, Josh practiced with private law firms as both an associate and partner and worked closely with a board-certified trial attorney. He has represented clients in state and federal courts and is admitted to practice in both Florida and Georgia.
