Practice Areas
As member of the litigation department, Mr. Chase focuses on matters related to family law, business and partnership disputes, contract disputes, non-compete agreements, landlord-tenant disputes, homeowners’ association and condominium association (HOA) litigation, personal injury, real property claims, and, given his FBI experience, a boutique criminal law practice.

Mr. Chase brings with him almost a decade of investigative experience, having worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where he conducted surveillance operations; planned, analyzed and reported information used to identify threats to National Security, including foreign counterintelligence and counterterrorism; acted as a team leader; and conducted intelligence by utilizing various investigative techniques including the use of communication, photography, technical equipment, and databases to identify potential targets. This background gives Mr. Chase a unique blend of skills and techniques for interviewing witnesses, collecting evidence and preparing cases for trial.
